Preheat oven to 425°F.
Mix the mayo and grated Parmesan together and spread evenly on chicken breast. Place on baking pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
Top chicken with breadcrumbs and bake for 15 minutes. Switch oven to Broil for another five minutes for a crispy crust. Chicken is done when punctured with a fork and juices run clear. Internal temperature must reach 165°F.
